Monday – Friday: 9.00 am – 17.00 pm
Standard processing time: 03 working days after you have submitted all required documentation.
Visa submission is 10:00 Am to 12:00 Pm and visa collection time is 16:15 Pm to 17:00 Pm.
The Embassy closed on the weekend and Vietnam and India Public Holidays.
Visa fee varies as it depends on your type of visa, expedited service (if any). Basic document to apply a visa:
- Your original valid passport
- Passport standard size white background
- Traveling plan and booking a hotel, tickets
- The invitation letter or working contract (for the type of business visa)
2. Vietnam visa on arrival from New Delhi
In case you’re NOT staying near the Embassy or have NO TIME visit the Embassy, you can apply online and get a visa on arrival airport in Vietnam. Here are 3 simple steps to apply:
- Complete the visa application form and settle the payment.
- Get a visa approval letter within 3 working days.
- Print out the document, board the plane to Vietnam, and show it to the visa stamp on arrival. That it is!
