Vietnam Investment Visa

Vietnam Investment visa, categorized DT, is granted to foreign investors in Vietnam. This type of visa valid from 1 – 3 months, and after getting the investing visa, applicants can apply for a temporary resident card (TRC) valid from 2 – 5 years. On this post, we will show you the procedure to apply and extend DT visa or upgrade from visa to TRC.

How to apply for the Vietnam investment visa on arrival airport?

Applicants need to prepare:

• 01 notarized copy of investment licenses; business license; permits the establishment of enterprises or permits the establishment of representative offices…
• Complete the NA2 form online. 
• Complete form Na16 – registration form of signature and seal.
• A scan of the passport
• A letter of recommendation from your company.

Processing time: 3 – 5 working days after you have submitted all requirements.

After processing time, you will be received the visa approval letter, submit this letter upon arrival airport in Vietnam in order to get the visa sticker into your passport.

How to extend the investing visa in Vietnam?

Applicants need to prepare:

• A notarized copy of the investment licenses; business license; permits the establishment of enterprises…
• Complete the Na5 form.
• Original passport with a valid category DT.
• 02 recent passport size 4×6 cm with white background.
• Proof of temporary residence registration by ward police.
• A scan of the previous visa approval letter that you used to obtain the current investment visa sticker onto your passport.
• A letter of recommendation from sponsoring company.

Processing time: 5 – 7 working days after all of the required documents have submitted.
