- Receive a visa approval letter (VAL) or Vietnam E-visa via email after handling time.
- Print out the letter and submit it at “Landing visa office” after arriving at Vietnam International checkpoint (borderland; airport…) to get a full stamp into your passport.

Step 1: before entering Vietnam, Venezuelan citizens need to obtain visa approval letter/Evisa with all necessary information. Check and review all filled out information to avoid errors.
Step 2: within 3 – 5 working days, you will receive a visa approval letter with an immigration declaration form via email. You print out these 2 types of documents and fill in the information in the declaration form.
