Business visas are only issued to those who intend to work in Vietnam, not for tourism or other purposes. At this time, there are 2 ways to apply for a Vietnam visa. You can choose either to apply at the Vietnam Embassy or visa on arrival (VOA).
1. Apply at Vietnam Embassy

Step 1: Prepare documents
To apply for a Vietnam business visa from Libya, you need to prepare some documents as follows:
- Visa application (according to the form of the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate)
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from date of entry
- Latest 4x6cm photo (should prepare multiple photos to avoid rejection due to unsatisfactory photos)

Step 2: Submit application and pay fee

2. Vietnam Business visa on arrival (VOA)
Libya passport holders and foreign applicants can apply for a visa online. In this way, you don’t need to visit Vietnam Embassy or send off your passport to the Office. In short, you just have to follow 03 simple steps as below:
- Fill in the secure form and make a payment.
- Receive a pre-arranged visa letter/visa approval letter via email after handling time.
