Currently, there are 2 ways to apply for a Vietnam business visa. Applicants can choose either apply at the local Vietnam Embassy or apply for a visa on arrival (VOA).
1. Apply at the local Embassy

Before applying for a Vietnam business visa from Bangkok, you need to prepare the following documents:
- Application for Vietnam business visa.
- Passport is valid for more than 6 months from the date of entry.
- 2 photos 3×4 cm.
- A copy of invitation letter or documents proving your purpose of working in Vietnam.
- Certificate of your business or company in Bangkok.
2. Visa on arrival online
Foreigners who staying far away the office or do not have free time to visit the Embassy in Thailand can apply for a visa online then get its stamp when you arrive at the airport. It’s very simple as applicants just need to complete only 03 simple steps as below:

- Be received confirmation and get your visa approval letter/invitation letter via email after handling times.

How much does the Vietnam business visa cost?
Applicants for a visa at Vietnam Embassy aboard should contact directly to the office to get a confirmation about the regulated fees.
For visa on arrival, you have to pay 02 types of fees:
- Service fee: pay for visa agent to submit and collect your visa application at the Immigration Department.
