1. Apply at the Vietnam Embassy

Required documents to apply at the embassy
Before starting the business visa application process, you need to prepare the following necessary documents and records:
- Passport is valid for more than 6 months from the date of entry.
- Business visa application (form provided by the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in Chile).
- Invitation letter/visa approval letter from partner in Vietnam.
- Documents proving the purpose and duration of work in Vietnam.
After you have fully prepared the documents, you can submit them at the Vietnamese Embassy in Chile. Processing time can take from 5-7 working days.
Once your application is accepted, you will receive a business visa at the Vietnamese Embassy. This visa can be valid from 1 to 3 months depending on the purpose and duration of your work in Vietnam.
2. Visa on arrival (VOA)
Another way to get a Vietnam business visa form Chile is applying for a visa online. In this way, you don’t need to visit the Vietnam Embassy or send off your passport to the office. In short, you just have to follow 03 simple steps as below:
- Fill in the secure visa application form.
- Receive a visa approval letter/invitation letter via email after handling time.
- Submit the letter to get the Vietnam visa stamp upon arrival checkpoint (airport or borderland).
