Procedure and requirements to apply for a Vietnam business visa at the embassy
The application for a Vietnam visa at The Hague includes the following documents:
- Completely filled visa application form (download at the website of the Embassy of Vietnam in the Netherlands)
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from the expected date of entry into Vietnam
- 2 ID photos sized 4×6 cm, white background
- Copy of household registration or documents proving residence in the Netherlands
- Business visa invitation letter from the company in Vietnam, travel itinerary.
- Visa application fee payment (fee amount varies depending on visa type and processing time)
In addition, you also need to prepare additional documents if necessary, such as financial documents or documents proving the relationship with the inviter (if any).
