Cambodian citizens or foreign travelers, who NEED a tourist visa to Vietnam, can apply for a visa at the Vietnamese Consulate in Sihanoukville or apply online for a visa on arrival airport. How to apply Vietnam tourist visa
1. Apply at the Consulate:
