Step 1: Prepare necessary documents before your trip
- Passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry in Vietnam.
- Visa application forms (form NA1) can be obtained on arrival border if you could not complete in advance.
- Business invitation letter/visa approval letter.
- Documents related to the purpose of the trip (for example: labor contract, sales contract).

Step 2: Go to the airport to complete visa application procedures
