Valid Passport

Procedures for applying for a visa at the consulate office
Step 1: Fill out Visa Application
First, you need to download and fill out a business visa application at the Vietnamese consulate in Hong Kong. After filling out all the information, you need to print out and sign the application.
Step 2: Prepare Documents
After filling out the visa application, you need to prepare documents including:
- Valid passport
- Business invitation letter/visa approval letter
- Business registration certificate (if applicable)
- Labor contract or work permit (if applicable)
- Portrait photo (3x4cm)
Step 3: Submit Documents and Fees
