How to apply a Vietnam Business visa in Norway?
At this time, there are 2 ways to apply for a Vietnam business visa in Norway. You can choose either to apply at the Vietnam Embassy or visa on arrival online.
1. Apply for a business visa at the Vietnam Embassy

To apply for a Vietnam business visa at the Embassy, the applicant only needs to fully prepare the following documents and records:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months and with at least 2 blank pages remaining
- Visa application (form V1)
- 02 latest 4x6cm photos taken within 6 months
- A fax copy of the invitation letter/business visa approval letter from Vietnamese partner.
- Cash your stamp fee
Processing time for Vietnam business visa for Norwegians is about 3-5 working days. However, during peak season or when there are special requests, processing times may be longer.
Note:
- It should be noted, the Vietnam Embassy is CLOSED on both Vietnam and Norway Public Holidays, weekends.
- The visa cost is non-refundable.
2. Vietnam Business visa on arrival
