After receiving the visa approval letter, you need to print out and prepare with:

- Cash for stamping fee, regulated by Vietnam Ministry of Finance which cost 25USD for single entry or 50USD for multiple entries visa valid less than 90 days.
- 02 passport photos sized 4x6cm, white background and taken within the last 6 months.
On arrival checkpoint
You need to go and find the “visa counter” and submit all necessary documents at this office. Staff will check and confirm information on your documents and records. If there are no problems, you will be asked to pay the visa stamp fee.
